What to expect

Buildings that are made, grown and monitored

Construction is slow, heavy and dangerous, and the teams in this hall are working on all three. Expect a full-size wall being printed on the floor during the show.

  • Printed, not poured

Rail-mounted printers and robots that build the shell of a house in days.

  • Materials with a pulse

Insulation that is grown, glass that makes power and concrete that senses load.

  • Sites that watch themselves

Drones and sensors that tie, check and report without sending a person up.
